Simple Treasures Photography has 2 studio spaces available for rent by a select group of professional photographers in Tampa Bay! Our studio is located on a prime stretch of 4th Street (at 44th Ave North) in St Petersburg that carries over 40,000 vehicles per day.
Our second floor studios are newly renovated and painted and feature new laminate floors and a large window for natural light. The main studio is 12' x 18', and there is a secondary studio space that is 10' x 13', ensuring plenty of availability for your photo shoots.
There is also a 5' x 5' dressing room and a private restroom for your clients.
Photographers who lease our studio space will also have access to our recently renovated showroom on the first floor which features a leather sofa, coffee table, desk, large monitor, and chairs for meeting with clients, as well as secure storage for lighting and props.
You will also have space to display your portraits and make the most of this prime location by displaying your own studio name on exterior signage!
